Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tank Retailer, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
